How it got here

In October 2025, Anthropic set up its Keep Thinking activation at AirMail in the West Village. Bret waited two hours in line and walked out with a plain charcoal cap that said thinking on the front.

He didn't go home. He walked over to Golden Goose in Chelsea and paid $75 to have the rest of it embroidered: Machines of Loving Grace, Scaling Laws, AIAYN, a little red signal, and a white starburst. The staff stitched that starburst carefully. They didn't recognize it as Anthropic's Claude mark.

The cap has been travelling ever since. The 3D cap above is an interpretation, built from photos. The patch and pin on the model are original stand-ins.
