Add targets
Paste a URL, describe your dream role and let Claude scout, or import a CSV. Each target lands in the Cockpit with status "New."
Forge materials
Select a batch. ApplyForge clusters similar roles, drafts an archetype résumé for each cluster, and writes tailored cover letters against your Materials.
Track the funnel
Move cards through Applied → Interview → Offer. Stats surface which archetypes actually convert. Iterate on the ones that don't.

ApplyForge doesn't have servers because it doesn't need them. Everything you type, upload, and generate stays on your iPhone.

Do I need an Anthropic API key to use ApplyForge?
Yes. ApplyForge is a bring-your-own-key app — you generate a key at console.anthropic.com and paste it into Settings. The Cockpit and Materials features work without a key, but AI tailoring won't.
How much does the API cost per application?
Typical cover-letter tailoring runs around $0.02–$0.05 per application on Claude Sonnet. Batch runs across 20 roles usually land under a dollar. You pay Anthropic directly at their published rates.
Is my résumé data uploaded anywhere?
No — not to us. It stays in SwiftData on your device. When you run an AI step, the relevant slice of your materials is sent from your phone directly to Anthropic under your API key. ACRA Insight never sees any of it.
Can I export my materials?
Yes. Every tailored résumé and cover letter can be exported as PDF via the iOS share sheet. You can also export the raw project as a manifest for backup.
What if I lose my phone?
Your data is on that device only, so a lost phone means starting fresh. Take periodic manifest exports and store them wherever you keep other important files. (iCloud Backup will preserve app data if enabled.)
Does it work offline?
The Cockpit, Materials, and Forge editors work fully offline. AI generation and job-link verification obviously need a network connection.
